So today went better then yesterday. I didn’t drink too much caffeine, yesterday I loaded up on it. I drank my Monster, drank a ten once of coffee, drank a Mountain Dew, and drank some Pepsi. That Pepsi was finished off today and then had a Fuze tea and a HIC juice box then just finished off another Pepsi.
I feel okay considering my caffeine intake was not what it normally is. I just don’t know if this caffeine intake lower will be as easy as it was today. I know that you can get caffeine from some of the food that you eat, chocolate especially and I LOVE chocolate so that’ll be a real struggle.
